Our bottom line position

On election day, the state permits persons it knows are ineligible to vote to, in fact, vote.

That is, the state holds the information on whether an EDR is a citizen or a ward or a felon and it willfully refuses to use that knowledge for the purpose of distinguishing between eligible and ineligible persons before counting their ballots.
