Discussion will focus on MVA's lawsuit against Olmsted and Ramsey Counties, now in the Minnesota Supreme Court, for illegally stacking absentee ballot boards with partisan insiders, rather than a balanced team of election judges from different parties as the law requires. We’ll touch on our related case against the City of Minneapolis as well.
Our co-plaintiffs include the Republican Party of Minnesota, State Representative Duane Quam, and several GOP election judges from Olmsted and Ramsey Counties.
